  • Tell me about the design that speaks to you: nature scenes, symbols, words, or something deeply personal. We’ll collaborate to bring your unique idea to life.

  • I’ll sketch out a few ideas based on our conversation, ensuring the design aligns with your vision. This is your opportunity to make tweaks and add any special touches.

  • Choose from my inventory of hats, or you can ship me your favorite or a new one! Sizing is important - click here for a Guide to Hat Measurement

  • I’ll hand-burn your design with intention and care, using the ancient art of pyrography to transform your hat into a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

  • Once complete, your hat will be beautifully packaged and shipped or delivered. Wear it proudly as a reflection of your unique self!

What is Pyrography?

Pyrography is an ancient art form, with roots that stretch back thousands of years. The word itself comes from the Greek pur (fire) and graphos (writing), meaning to “write with fire.” It’s a timeless technique that has been used by cultures across the world to bring warmth, meaning, and beauty to everyday objects. This sacred craft connects us to a lineage of creators who used the elements to tell their stories. Each hat I burn is a modern twist on this ancient tradition.
