Absolutely not! My workshops are suitable for individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced creators. The focus is on the process of creation and exploration, rather than the final product.

All necessary materials will be provided during the in person workshop and sessions. If you have a favorite medium you'd like to work with, you're welcome to bring it along! With the upcoming online session and workshops, we will discuss what materials you have on hand or may prefer, and some that you can collect before the session. Materials typically include paints, brushes, collage items, item findings, markers, pastels, paper, and other art supplies.

A One-on-One Intuitive Art Session is a personalized experience where you work individually with me, the facilitator and coach, to explore your creativity and inner world through art. These sessions are customized to your personal goals and needs, offering a private space for deeper exploration.

Sessions typically last between 1 - 1 ½ hours. This allows enough time for meditation, art-making, and reflection and discussion time, ensuring a deeply personal and fulfilling experience.
