Our Workshop Aim: to connect you to the childlike creative freedom - curiosity, open, non-judgement and play. Using breathwork and large-scale art material, we connect to deeper layers of ourselves and our memories in a beautiful and safe container. This is about how the art FEELS, not how it looks. We share and encourage to bring your little artist forward with you into your everyday life.

-You will enjoy a guided breathwork session , artful creation with your little artist in mind, and an invite to reflect, share and connect with others.

-A practice in emotionally connecting with breath and expressing yourself freely with shapes, lines, curves, and markmaking.
